Our position on Eradicating Poverty
At Global Youth Forum, we believe in preparing young people with the skills to get a job or start a business. Through starting and running a business or securing employment; income is generated and individuals and their family are taken out of poverty.
We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. At every opportunity we give our staff, members and volunteers the chance to enjoy sport and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future reaching their full potential. We’re talking about building personal confidence, teamwork, leadership, self awareness and managment, time management and resilience – skills that are so important in a modern and thriving 21st century jobs market.
