50 Students from marginalised communities join our one-year scholarship program comprised of eight units.
Each unit has three phases: pre-training challenge, student-centred training, and post-training challenge. Students complete phase one of the programme within the first eight months before proceeding to a three months industry experiencial learning through internships, apprenticeships, volunteering, or industry attachments opportunities, where they solve a real problem. These opportunities could include volunteering positions at Global Youth Forum.
The programme ensures 85% of the programme graduates either secure a job or start their own enterprises within 6 months upon graduation.
During Phase 2of the programme, the students are attached to mentors and coaches who coach and guide them for a period of 3 months.
Passion Project
To complete the program, students put the skills they have learned into practice undertaking a project of their choice that addresses one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as outlined by the United Nations. Click Here to view 2025 graduate impact stories.
